Apple has not yet ruled on the matter, but a report of BuzzFeedNews  states:
We have been working hard to develop our operations in India and we are proud to offer the best products and services in the world to our customers here. We appreciate the constructive and open dialogue we have had with the government to further expand our local operations.
As I discussed a few days ago, one of the officials who attended the meeting said that "a deal was almost done" with Apple.
The manufacture of the iPhone would start when before, so far in April. A report last month confirmed that Wistron and Foxconn could be this involved in manufacturing .
This is a great source of growth for Apple . In the United States, things have got trickier, as new administrative policies have put pressure on the company to manufacture its iPhone there.
