How to print documents from your iPad Mini, Air and Pro

Printing any document from an iPad can be somewhat confusing, since you must (usually) use Apple's AirPrint wireless technology to send files from one device to another.
Unless you're already more than familiar with AirPrint, the process could take some time at the beginning to understand how to do it. Also, what if your printer is not compatible with AirPrint ...?
Do not worry, we're here to help you. In this tutorial we will explain how to print documents from your iPad with three different methods. Shall we begin?

Method 1: Print Via AirPrint

If your printer is compatible with AirPrint this method will be the most useful. If you do not know if your printer can use AirPrint we recommend you visit the official Apple AirPrint page to take a look at the long list of compatible devices.
1. Open the application from which you want to print anything.
2. Find the option to print on the share share button in the app.
3. Press the "Print" button.
4. Choose a printer with AirPrint enabled.
5. Select the number of copies.
6. Finally press "Print" again.

Method 2: Print Without AirPrint

If your printer is not compatible with AirPrint you can try printing applications like Print n Share, which will allow you to connect your iPad to any printer wirelessly via Bluetooth or even via USB.
Here are some alternatives to print from the iPad in the App Store:

Method 3: Print from Servers

Another possibility is to use software on Mac or PC as print servers connecting the iPad via USB. For example, you can opt for Printopia , a software that speak great, although we have not yet had a chance to try it.
We hope that these three different methods to print documents from your iPad have been useful, at least by now you will know if your printer is compatible with AirPrint or not.
