How does Apple marketing work?

On numerous occasions we have commented, whether by praising or criticizing it, the image that Apple has managed to create of itself. If those in Cupertino have arrived where they are not only for their products, but the marketing has had enough to see in the success of the company , you want to know how? Stay with me and I'll tell you all about it.

Marketing: The Key to Apple's Success

How do you get from guys creating computers in a garage to being one of the biggest companies in the world? In part, their success owes it to their products. However, a device as emblematic as the iPhone would not have been the same impact if the great Steve Jobs had not won the technology audiencemuch earlier.
And no, it was not only won by good computers, or by innovation. Marketing played a key role in the growth of the Cupertino firm from minute zero. Such was the importance of marketing that not only has made one of the largest companies, has created the closest thing a religion we have seen in this world.
And is that behind Apple there are much more than simple consumers, more than recurring users. There is a cult, a religion , what we would call extreme fanboyism . There are fans who would give everything for a product of the brand, which would justify again and again the controversial decisions we have seen in their latest products. And behind these fans we find three keys , three secrets that have helped create the image of the great Apple.

The first is exclusivity. We've got one of the best marketing campaigns in the world . The iPhone is exclusive. No Android terminal is up to it. Thanks to this simple phrase, the iPhone is sold, literally, as churros. And if not, ask all your acquaintances who have it.
The second key that has helped create this legion of fans are the fans themselves, and is that Apple would not need a single ad to buy their products . This follows a simple logic, if I see that many of the people in my circle have an iPhone, how can I not buy it myself?
And, although they do not even need it, advertising is the third and most important key . Apple here, Apple there, we have Apple up in the soup. Who has not seen one of their ads on TV, in public transport awnings or on the Internet? They are certainly the most useful strategies to promote themselves, but they would not achieve the same effectiveness without a massive mailing program . In the case of the Californian firm, the emails to the clients informing of new products and other promotions that obtain a great volume of sales, and is that if we know that there is a model newer than ours, how we were going to to be able to resist him?
