How to remove iMessage chats on iOS 11

The arrival of iOS 10 was a big change in Apple's instant messaging platform. The company introduced many new features in iMessage such as the Digital Touch, the App Store and chat effects in the conversations.
And now with iOS 11 Apple continues to polish up the smallest detail in iMessage, making the application provide a much more complete user experience.
In fact, the new version of the mobile operating system for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch has a section under Settings to remove iMessage chats on iOS 11 . This option will allow you to save storage space on your device. In this tutorial we tell you how to do it.

How to save storage capacity by removing iMessage chats on iOS 11

Some users, unfortunately, have to be continuously deleting photos, videos and applications to free up storage space on their iPhone and iPad. Especially those users who use a device with 16 GB or 32 GB. This guide is for you.
1. Open the iOS Settings app 11.
2. Go to the General section.
3. Enter the Storage section of the iPad (or iPhone).
In this section you will find different sections to free up storage space on your device. There is a menu to uninstall applications from the App Store, another for the Photos app and another dedicated to iMessage.
4. Click on the "Review large files" menu.
5. Then click on the "Edit" button in the upper right corner.
6. Select any attachments you want to delete.
Finally, you can now choose to delete all iMessage chats. To do this, follow these steps:
1. Access Settings.
2. Enter Messages.
3. Go to the Message History section.
4. Tap on "Keep messages".
5. Choose the "30 days" option.
Finally, if you want to save even more storage capacity on your iPhone and / or iPad, you can access Settings> Messaging and activate the "Low Quality Images" feature.
