The 9:41 is the fetish hour in Apple, guess why

If you've ever paid a lot of attention to Apple advertising materials, you may not have realized that the time shown on Apple products is always the same, at 9:41.
In the promotional images for your most recent iPhone line for example, the time is always fixed in this way. Would you like to know why? Of course, nothing is accidental in Apple , and has a simple explanation.
The reason is that it serves to commemorate the precise minute during which the star products are unveiled during the company's keynote .
Scott Forstall, a former Apple software engineer, explained: " We designed the key notes of the product launch so that the great product revelation happens about 40 minutes in the presentation. When the large image of the product appears on the screen, we want the displayed time to be close to the real time in the public clocks. "
But it was not always at 9:41 on Apple, Forstall said. Steve Jobs unveiled the first iPhone at the MacWorld Conference & Expo in San Francisco at 9:42 am alongside images that reflect that moment . We know we did not hit the 40 minute mark exactly. And for the iPhone, we did it in 42 minutes , "Forstall said. It turned out that we were pretty accurate with that estimate, so for the iPad in 2010, we did it in 41 minutes ." This 41 minute mark remains in effect today.
if we take a look at some of Apple's older marketing materials, we see that Apple was a bit aware of the time display, even during the pre-iPhone days. Here is a screenshot of OS X Tiger from the Apple website that was launched in late December 2006 and is just one hour later .
Although a relatively small detail, the time stamp links Apple's creations with the great guru, Steve Jobs , adding to his evocative wisdom. Customs that are maintained and have a curious and beautiful history behind.
