Tim Cook thinks it's a bargain to pay $ 999 for the iPhone X

The iPhone X has been getting a lot of attention since it was announced last week with a start price that gives some vertigo. However, according to Apple CEO Tim Cook during a segment of Good Morning America , the cost of the iPhone X of 999 dollars (1159 euros in Spain) is in line with the technology it offers .
The comment came in response to a question asked by the hostess (see 6:11 min in the video) asking Cook if he thought the price of the iPhone X was beyond the reach of the average American .
Cook's response largely eludes that issue and instead focuses on the fact that few people actually buy their phones directly, saying that many do and through operators, who offer it at a lower price and allow for comfortable financing .
Well, it's a value price, actually, for the technology you're getting. As it turns out that most people are now paying for the phones for long periods of time. And so very few people are going to pay the price of the phone initially. Also most people actually sell their current phone, and so it reduces the price more, and some operators even offer discounts. "
And so, when we look at it, the phone, the iPhone in particular, has become essential in our daily lives, people want us to do more and more and more, and so we build more and more technology to do it. "
However, even taking into account all that, a telephone over 1000 euros is still a high-cost phone . And while there are many phrases you can use to describe the iPhone X, " a value price ", it probably is not one of them.
Are you going to buy the iPhone X? Will you do it directly or through an operator ? Do you plan to keep your current iPhone or sell it to reduce the cost of the new one? All this and more we want to see it in comments. We will wait for you.
