These are the Augmented Reality Apps that are razing

Since the launch of the 10.5-inch iPad Pro and the new iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus, as well as the new ARKit Framework that Apple has introduced to iOS 11 , many application developers have begun to integrate Apple's newest innovation into their apps : augmented reality.
Most applications that can use this new technology are games, being these 35% of all the ARKit apps available in the App Store, according to Sensor Tower . This percentage includes all the games that were totally designed and created with the new technology ARKit, unlike those that only add functions of ARKit or that were designed only integrating this technology.
The utilities, whether measurement systems or any other type of app that helps us in everyday life, are in second place making a total of 19% of all applications that use ARKit. They are followed by entertainment applications with 11% of the total and those of the educational sector with 7%.

ARKit Applications

The market for such applications ARKit is taking video games . In addition, being these 35% of everything developed in ARKit, it is not surprising to know that the 3 most downloaded free applications that use this technology are games.
These video games are followed by applications designed to be useful, such as measuring between spaces using augmented reality (MeasureKit) or decorating a room just to see how it goes without spending even a single euro ( IKEA Place ).
After the launch of iOS 11 on September 19, this operating system literally became the largest augmented reality platform thanks to the huge number of developers and users who choose iPhone or iPad as the main devices. This eagerness for augmented reality will only grow and more knowing all the useful functions it can perform.
Tim Cook himself says that augmented reality can drastically highlight the App Store as the first application store to launch such apps . We do not know if Google or Microsoft intend to start encouraging the development of these applications, but it would certainly be a step in the right direction.
