Facebook Messenger uses augmented reality to add 3D objects on real image

Facebook has announced that its Instant Messenger App Facebook Messenger will have an augmented reality system that allows you to add 3D objects to photos or videos that we do with the iPhone's rear camera.
The functionality is called World Effects and allows you to do things as we see above, place a heart on the head of a dog and that while we record a video, it moves according to the head of that dog; the system detects the animal and moves the 3D model of the heart on top of it, in a similar way as Snapchat does , for example.
To use this system you just have to make sure you have the latest version of the Facebook Messenger App updated. You can do it by clicking here and checking if there is a version to update for you in the App Store.
