It is already possible to do the Jailbreak on iOS 11.1.2 thanks to LiberiOS

The last weeks of the year have been plagued by related Jailbreak iOS news, such as l discovery of a vulnerability by Google with Project Zero team in iOS 11 . This vulnerability that they made public has given LiberiOS wings to launch the Jailbreak on iOS 11. This has been published by Jonathan Levin (@Morpheus), providing the necessary tool to do the Jailbreak on iOS 11.1.2.

The Jailbreak on iOS 11 is a reality

On December 24, Jonathan Levin said on Twitter that we would soon see on iOS 11 something similar and today has released the necessary tools to perform this operation and have our iPhone with Jailbreak, although we will not see Cydia at the moment as it is a version halfway  and we will lose the Jailbreak when restarting the mobile.
iOS 11.1.2 is the version of the operating system that can be jailbroken although it is also compatible with iPhones that have installed   iOS 11, iOS 11.0.1, iOS 11.0.2, iOS 11.0.3, iOS 11.1, iOS 11.1.1 and iOS 11.1.2 . Compatible models to perform this operation are    iPhone X, iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus, iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus, iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus, iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone SE and iPhone 5s  and also for  AppleTV  with iOS 11 and iOS 11.1 as we have commented to you today. The iPad is also added with iOS 11 and the sixth generation iPod Touch.
This is a semi-tethered version so it is the final. This means that every time we restart for example our iPhone we will lose the jailbreak. Adding to this limitation is also not compatible with Cydia so we can not install tweaks. Although we hope to release a new version of Cydia compatible with this type of Jailbreak.
If you want to try this Jailbreak, you can find the download link on the developer's website where you only need to download LiberiOS. After doing this we must continue with Cydia Impactor to have the file signed in our terminal. Once we have the firmware installed, we can associate this new certificate with the profile associated with LiberiOS in order to run the LiberiOS app, and then finish the jailbreak.
If you are interested in Jailbreak we recommend waiting to see a version with fewer limitations and that is not deleted when restarting the terminal, as well as being compatible with Cydia that we believe will be soon.
