Researchers of Alibaba say they have achieved the Jailbreak of the iPhone X with iOS 11.2.1

Security researchers at Chinese e-commerce giant Alibaba say they have found a way to jailbreak an iPhone X with iOS 11.2.1 . Here we have an iPhone X with Cydia apparently installed.
They also provide as proof a log (history) of a Kernel Panic, a crash of the core of the system, demonstrating that they have found one or more vulnerabilities that allow compromising the security of the system.

As they say, the Jailbreak can be done without the need to connect the iPhone X to a computer on each reboot (that is, it is not tethered ) and Cydia works without more ... all quite optimistic. If you are rubbing your hands it is better that you do not have illusions because the simple fact of saying that they work on Alibaba is more than enough to be clear that they are not going to publish any program that does the Jailbreak to the iPhone X ... it is most likely that somehow this vulnerability ends up being sold to Apple itself, or perhaps to some security company that pays good money for it and then be able to sell iPhone unlocking services to governments around the world or organizations like the North American FBI, between others.
