iOS 11.2.2 does not affect the performance of iPhone 7 and iPhone 8 according to this test

The vulnerabilities of Metldown and Specter have been sounded these weeks in the world of technology , and also in Apple, because it also endangered the processors of the iPhone and Mac of the Cupertino company. To patch this security flaw Apple released a few days ago iOS 11.2.2 , and the big question we ask ourselves is, does it affect performance?
In some iPhone 6 and 6s we saw that if it affected performance enough as you have commented on social networks and the test we discussed in a past post. And today, we have new performance comparatives on the table but with the iPhone 8 and 7. Does it negatively affect its performance?

iOS 11.2.2 does not adversely affect the performance of iPhone 7 and 8

The answer is that there is hardly any variation in the performance of these terminals after installing this update. In GSMArena they have carried out tests before and after installing this patch in both AnTuTu and Geekbench , obtaining quite similar results.
iPhone 7 and 8 iOS performance 11.2.2
Then we can conclude that installing iOS 11.2.2 on an iPhone 7 and iPhone 8 will not reduce the speed of it, which is logical, since they have current and very powerful processors. We are talking about a terminal that has been on the market for a few months and another that although it is one year old, it still works perfectly. And as you can see, in Geekbench the result is the same.
Where does the performance problem lie? On some older iPhone. Leaving aside evidence, I have wanted to see your comments on social networks and in different articles and there are very different opinions. To some in an iPhone 6 the update slowed down the device to them and others have not noticed any type of change in the yield. Here we enter the fight of autonomy, each phone is a world, but it is clear that some iPhone(especially "old" -that call an iPhone 6s with 2 years old, has a crime ... -) has affected them negatively update,  and I highlight some of them.
Leave me in the comments box what is your experience with iOS 11.2.2 and tell us if you are one of those users who feels having a slower iPhone.
